Oil – The Future and Decline of All Societies
While the global economies of the world are at the breaking point, the one commodity that is the last stick on our breaking backs is oil. We all need it. We all use it and the world now and in the near future cannot get rid of it or its use because there is no way to function without it.
The sleeping giant that is about to take over the world and all the precious resources is China. The global melting pot of cheap labour and manufacturing is in a position to buy up a large part of natural resources making everyone else pay more for the things we use to take for granted.
All the wars and fights over oil, do you see China involved?
They do not spend their money on fighting wars. They leave that up to the rest of us suckers. They regulate their money, are investing hugely in Africa (where a lot of precious resources lie) and manufacturing cheap, worthless products at a price that everyone can afford to buy then have to buy all over again because their products do not last.
Why would OPEC and other oil producing countries sell their oil for a lesser price when China is and has been buying up huge contracts at a high price just for the future use of this commodity?
While a lot of countries are trying to wean themselves off of imported oil by investing in HPHT drilling technology, the price of doing so keeps the cost high. This is happening all over the world. Using HPHT drilling technology is working but also creating major environmental damage due to shoddy work and the rush to produce more so as to try and drive the price down.
It is a vicious cycle and Wal-Mart and China are both trying to put everyone out of business. Stop shopping at Wal-Mart. What once started out as a mom and pop business has now positioned itself to take over all the retail trade everywhere, not just the USA.
Greed has taken over the world conciseness and the leaders of all our countries have gone down the road of no return. Vote; don’t vote it does not matter. The powers to be are far above what the common people can comprehend and unless we all take a stand against OPEC, we will forever be at their mercy.
Wars do not solve the world’s problems. It is a matter of communication. Let us stop spending all the money fighting useless wars over oil and invest it all on renewable energy resources.
It will take some time but we all must stand firm about how we go about dealing with OPEC. Let them take the hit – they can afford it!
